These terms apply to every purchase on www.siamesse.com. Siamesse is operated by Yasin Kayabaş – Siamesse.com, Çay Mah. İsmetpaşa Cad. No:44/A-1 Gökçebey, Zonguldak / Türkiye ("Siamesse", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we sell
Custom watercolour-style pet portraits and bespoke designs, hand-crafted digitally by our artists from your photos (no filters or automated apps). You receive high-resolution digital files and, if you choose, a print on archival paper.
2. Delivery times
Your digital portrait is designed and sent to you within 24 hours of your order, barring force majeure. If we miss this without a valid reason, you may cancel and get a full refund. For prints the design also arrives within 24 hours; after your approval the piece is produced in 1–3 business days and usually takes 2–5 business days to arrive. Prints ship free to the United States and Türkiye.
3. Proofs and approval
We email you a watermarked proof. You can ask for changes such as colour tones, text or names, and background. Nothing is printed and no high-resolution file is delivered until you approve.
4. Your photos
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos and content you send us. You keep all rights to them; you give us a limited licence to use them only to create, show you and deliver your artwork. We will not publish your artwork or photos without your permission.
5. Licence to your artwork
You may print, display and give your artwork for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell it or use it in products for sale. Copyright in the artwork remains with Siamesse.
6. Prices, currency and payment
Prices may be displayed in USD or EUR for convenience. You are charged in Turkish lira (TRY); the exact amount is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Garanti BBVA with 3D Secure; we never see your full card number.
7. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, before drawing starts. Because every piece is made for you, returns are not possible once the design is finished, the file is delivered or the item is printed. Prints damaged in transit or misprinted are reprinted free of charge if you tell us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
