Made for you
Every portrait and design is created from your photos and brief, so change-of-mind returns are not possible once the design is finished, the digital file is delivered or the item has gone to print.
Proofs and changes
We email you a watermarked proof. Ask for changes such as colour tones, text or names, and background. Nothing is printed and no high-resolution file is sent until you approve.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, before drawing starts, by sending us your order number. We refund you in full.
Damaged or misprinted prints
If your print is damaged in transit or misprinted, send us clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint and resend it free of charge.
