Nothing is shipped. Your portrait proof reaches your inbox within 24 hours of your order. After you approve it, the high-resolution files are emailed to you.
Prints
Your design proof arrives within 24 hours. After you approve it, your piece is printed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Prints currently ship to addresses in the United States and Türkiye, and shipping is free. Our print partner, Gelato, produces each print close to your address. Somewhere else? Write to us; digital portraits are emailed and reach you anywhere. You receive a tracking link by email when it ships.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel comes back because of a wrong or incomplete address, we will contact you before sending it again.
Damaged or misprinted items
If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, email support@siamesse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and your order number. We will reprint and resend it free of charge.
