A sharp, well-lit photo where the eyes are clearly visible. Daylight near a window is ideal; avoid flash and heavy filters. A couple of extra everyday photos help us get markings and personality right.

Yes. Choose the two-pet portrait, and send a clear photo of each. They do not need to be in the same photo.

Yes. Send the best photos you have, even old or imperfect ones. We will tell you honestly what is possible before we start.

Yes, revisions are unlimited: colour tones, names or text, background. You see a watermarked proof first and nothing is printed before you approve.

After you approve the proof, the high-resolution files are emailed to you.

Prints ship free to the United States and Türkiye. Digital portraits are emailed, so they reach you anywhere. Somewhere else? Write to us and we will see what we can do.

Your digital portrait arrives within 24 hours of your order. Prints: the design also comes within 24 hours; after your approval they are produced in 1–3 business days and shipping usually takes 2–5 business days.

Turkish lira (TRY). Prices can be shown in USD or EUR for convenience; your card issuer converts the amount at its own rate.

Yes. Card payments are processed by Garanti BBVA with 3D Secure. We never see your full card number.

You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering, before drawing starts. Because every portrait is made for you, it cannot be returned after that; prints damaged in transit or misprinted are reprinted free if you tell us within 48 hours.
